Favorite quote or words to live by: Nike had it right when they came up with the phrase JUST DO IT. Words to live by.

If I could run away I’d go… Paris. Where else would one possible run away to?

If you could collaborate with one person dead or alive who would it be? The Austrian designer Dagobert Peche.

What would be on your maker’s soundtrack? 80’s songs keep me focused.

If you could learn a new skill what would it be? I have always wanted to learn welding.

What’s your favorite movie? Amelie

What is your perfect day? In the studio being productive and then after quitting time hanging with my family.

What would your last meal be? Wine

Favorite scent? Vanilla

Favorite flower or tree? The Oak tree.

Favorite artist? James Whistler

What is the most challenging project you have worked on? Why? I’m in the middle of it now actually. I have been given access to the objects once owned by Edward Hopper and am creating still lives based upon them. It’s both daunting and magical to hold his own personal belongings.

What do you see outside your bedroom window? The beautiful town of Nyack, NY

What do you hear right now? Rainfall

Who’s the most famous person you’ve ever met? Brad Ford

What was the last gift you gave someone? When the COVID-19 outbreak began I started creating and mailing my prints to all of my friends in the healthcare industry. Anything to brighten their collective days…

Best piece of advice you have ever received? Get to work from Ralph Gibson.

Where did you grow up? Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania

Favorite time of day? The Magic Hour, near sunset.
