How would you describe your style? Rock and roll, boho, Stevie Nicks inspired.

Do you remember the first thing you made? Probably dollhouse furniture, using sponges for beds and other random things found around the house. I also built a mini table for my guinea pig to eat salads at. 

Before I started making I… I've always been making, ever since I was a kid. I worked retail for many years before starting my career in the jewelry industry.

If I weren’t a maker I’d be... A private investigator.

If I could run away I’d go… An off the beaten path dusty beach, with a quiet surf, plenty of shade and margaritas.

What would be on your maker’s soundtrack? Lizzo, Stevie Nicks, Maggie Rogers, PJ Harvey, Missy Elliot, Prince, Beastie Boys, Queens of the Stone Age, Them Crooked Vultures, Stevie Wonder.

If you could learn a new skill what would it be? Leather work.

What’s your favorite movie? Stealing Beauty

Favorite scent? Orange blossoms in Spain

What do you see outside your bedroom window? Tree tops and brownstone rooftops.

What do you hear right now? MSNBC (yikes)

Who’s the most famous person you’ve ever met? Brad Pitt

What was the last gift you gave someone? A vintage Navy pea coat I gave to my husband.

Any hidden talents? I have an amazing facial recognition ability. If I haven't seen a person since we were 5 I can recognize them in their 40's walking down the street in NYC (hence my answer to if you weren't a maker you'd be...)

Where did you grow up? Outside of Boston

Favorite time of day? Dusk

Favorite holiday? Passover. I love the ritual, food, and family. This year we did a virtual zoom passover with 17 people!

What is your most treasured possession? My Zig Zag Cactus which is a night blooming Cereus. I planted it with my now 95 year old Papa almost a decade ago at a little nursery. My newest collection has pieces inspired by it.

What is your favorite family tradition? After dinner dance parties.

If you could have a superpower, what would it be? Flying

Favorite thing to cook? Currently obsessed with the Chef Frank Prisinzano seared fish method. He's a must follow on IG.

What are you currently watching? Ozark

What are you most thankful for? My precious family.
