How would you describe your style? We embrace the essence of urban luxury with a modern, organic, geometric, elemental style, and a little 70’s throwback romance.

Do you remember the first thing you made? The first piece that we made together was a bucket bag using hand painted leather for the friend that introduced us.

Before I started making I… We both worked in creative industries such as photography, advertising and product design.

If I weren’t a maker I’d be... Completely unbalanced!

Favorite quote or words to live by: “Change is the only constant”

If I could run away I’d go… Well, we sort of just did! We just left New York City limits for a magical little village on the coast of Long Island called Sea Cliff. We have a lot of exploring and discovering to do around here before we adventure off again, but we are very happy to have run away to such an incredible place.

If you could collaborate with one person dead or alive who would it be? Two people: Carl Aubock and Pierre Cardin.

What would be on your maker’s soundtrack? We have a 600 track makers playlist already. It’s an eclectic and groovy mix of classics, world, reggae, hip hop, soul, R+B, jazz remixes, dance, country and psychedelia.

If you could learn a new skill what would it be? Marketing and CAD

Favorite scent? We’re really into this Indian grass called Nagamotha - specifically from Enfleurage, and specifically Cyperus Rotundus. It smells like a mix of leather and earthy spice

Favorite Flower or Tree? Cactus because they are never in a rush and wildflowers because they have their own agenda.

What do you see outside your bedroom window? Treetops. Nothing but treetops. We basically live in a treehouse.

What do you hear right now? Wind chimes, birds, dogs, kids, and a lawnmower.

Best piece of advice you have ever received? If you really do what you love, you’ll find a way to make a living out of it.

Favorite time of day? Right now, it’s a toss up between happy hour and dinner time.

Favorite holiday? July 4th. It’s our wedding day. We always have fireworks.

What is your favorite family tradition? Bike rides to the beach for lunch picnics.

If you could have a superpower, what would it be? To fly, stop time or time travel. We’re still debating

What song best describes your work ethic? ‘Work’ by Bob Marley

Favorite thing to cook? Pizza from scratch and anything Japanese.

What are you currently watching? We’re watching Kelly Wearstler’s MasterClass and Naked and Afraid for our reality TV fix.

What are you most thankful for? Currently our health, but that aside, the fact that we get to “be” makers.
