A Maker Moment is a glimpse into the minds and lives of some of our favorite makers we’ve gotten to know over the years.  Coming from diverse backgrounds and finding inspiration in different ways, each maker has a unique perspective, however it’s safe to say they’re all unified with a shared passion for creativity and making things by hand.  Brought to you by the folks who founded Field + Supply and the furniture showroom FAIR, AMM is not only a place to highlight this incredibly talented group of artisans, but hopefully a destination to discover new ideas, interests and be inspired. 

Founded in 2014, Field+Supply is a modern makers craft fair that takes place twice a year along the Hudson River at Hutton Brickyards in Kingston, NY.  Each event is a celebration of craft and community which offers visitors the unique opportunity to shop with some of the most talented makers from across the country, enjoy delicious food, live entertainment and other fun activities for the entire family.

Located at The New York Design Center in New York City, FAIR is a high-end furniture showroom representing various makers and manufacturers from across the country as well as from across the pond with designs from Denmark to Japan.  Since opening its doors in 2015, FAIR has become a destination for designers and architects looking for bespoke design and elevated craftsmanship.
